College scholarships and grants have been around for a long time for a large group of youngsters to take advantage of. But only recently have they started accessing other demographic groups such as older individuals and returning professionals. One such demographic are the single mothers who are presented with the onus of having to provide for their kids all on their own. These scholarships could not have come at a better time. With the global economic recession, single mothers are overburdened with the prospect of having to keep their job while sustaining their household and performing their motherly duties. The ...
